The world of health and wellness is ever growing and evolving, and we’re not just talking about gyms. With the consistent introduction of new types of wellness technologies, we focus on developing and operating best-in-class fitness facilities while also incorporating the latest technologies in wearables, in-home fitness, and nutrition.
E-Commerce
The game has changed and the way people shop has evolved. We started our first E-Commerce venture in 2016 and crowdfunded our launch. Over the next several years, we built brands, teams, and grew revenues of our own operations to over $50M. We believe e-Commerce will continue to evolve and change the retail landscape in massive ways over the coming decade.
Blockchain Tech
We have been actively investing in Blockchain, DeFi, and Crypto since 2013. We purchased our first Bitcoin in late 2013 for around $750. Our portfolio now includes approximately 20 of the top coin projects, DeFi and Blockchain companies, and NFT holdings that are poised to experience massive growth over the next 2-5 years.
Real Estate
Our passion for Real Estate began in 2011 when we started purchasing distressed single family homes in Los Angeles, CA. Catching the bottom of the market after the 2008 financial fall-out, we were able to ride the wave over the coming years to a portfolio that now includes SFRs, Commercial & Industrial, and cash-flowing Multi-Family properties.
