Founded in 2016, we are an international investment group headquartered in Austin, TX, USA.

Health & Wellness: We make active and passive investments in businesses such as health and fitness clubs and sports performance centers where we focus on best-in-class offerings to support local communities throughout the United States.
E-Commerce & Startups: We also make strategic, early-stage investments in various eCommerce businesses, as well as private and public companies that have unique value propositions and massive upside and growth potential.
Emerging Technologies: We look for short-term alpha while simultaneously taking a long-view approach in new technologies such as Blockchain Tech, FinTech (Financial Technologies), DeFi (Decentralized Finance), and Cryptocurrencies.
Real Estate: Our initial investments in the real estate sector began in 2011 when markets bottomed out following the 2008 financial crisis. We have long had a passion for real estate and are actively focused on high-growth markets such as the sunbelt United States. We diversify our holdings by investing in SFR’s, Commercial, Warehousing, Industrial, and Multi-family as part of a cash-flowing investment strategy that provides numerous tax, wealth creation, and income benefits.
Philanthropy: And finally, we aim to give back. Our funds and founders focus on wealth creation and growth so they can have more philanthropic impacts in areas they care deeply about - namely, educationenvironmental issues, animal rights, and underprivileged or impoverished children.
